Shipping, Returns & Refunds Policy

Shipping

  • We offer FREE shipping for orders delivered within Australia. Shipping charges for orders delivered outside of Australia will be displayed at checkout.
  • We aim to process all orders within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order.
  • All orders are subject to stock availability. Once your order has been shipped, we will notify you by email.
  • We estimate delivery will take between 7 and 10 days within Australia. For all international orders, delivery will be subject to the carrier. Please note that we do not provide any guarantees in relation to delivery dates. 

Returns & Refunds

  • Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and take necessary corrective measures.
  • Our return policy permits you to return any item within 14 days of receiving it, provided that:
    • the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with all original tags, and packed in its original packaging;
    • the protective plastic stickers on the soles of the shoes are intact and unblemished; 
    • you have the receipt or other acceptable proof of purchase; and
    • the item was not purchased on sale.
  • Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
  • We will endeavour to process all return and exchange requests within 7 business days. If your return or exchange request is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first being approved for return in accordance with this policy will not be accepted. The cost of return shipping is to be borne by you.
  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund or exchange is approved. If approved, an automatic refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.  If approved for an exchange, the replacement items will be shipped in accordance with our shipping policy.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return or exchange and you have not received your refund or replacement item, please contact us at info@alefiaworld.com.
